At FALCONE Law we can help guide you through any residential real estate transaction – whether you are buying or selling a home. We are happy to review the Agreement of Purchase and Sale with you and to prepare all of the necessary closing documents to make sure closing goes smoothly and without any surprises. We can also give you a breakdown of what fees you can expect to pay on closing, such as land transfer tax, registration fees and title insurance.
Our real estate service is also offered as a mobile or in-home service, to make your closing that much easier. Prior to closing there are many legal decisions you will have to make and many administrative steps you will have to take. We will break these decisions down for you and guide you through the options so that you can be sure you’re ready for the closing date. On our end, we will perform all necessary title searches and draft closing documents to protect your interest. We will also deal with mortgage lenders (for discharge or registration purposes).
We can also act for you when it’s time to refinance your property.
