Anthony opened Falcone Law in 2009 and is practising business law, real estate and wills and estate planning. Prior to law school Tony graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Criminology. Anthony has served as a member and Acting Chair of Oakville’s Cultural Advisory Committee, and is currently a member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys hockey, skiing and a good movie.
Laurie Chu, J.D. practices in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, and wills and estates. She joined the firm as an associate lawyer in August 2019 after her call to the bar earlier in the same year. Laurie earned her law degree at the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she worked at various private law firms and legal clinics, gaining over a decade of experience in the legal field.
Daniel Bachmutsky, B.A. (Hons.), J.D., practices corporate, real estate, and estate planning and administration law. He joined Falcone Law Professional Corporation as an associate lawyer in January 2021. Previously, his passion for corporate law led him to work for a large manufacturing corporation, where he provided legal advice to the board of directors and to the officers on a broad range of issues, including real estate acquisitions. Daniel completed his articles at a Toronto-based law firm specializing in estate and trust litigation, and was called to the bar in 2019. While attending law school at the University of Windsor, Daniel worked diligently to advocate for his clients at Community Legal Aid. He brings the same dedication and resourcefulness to his clients at Falcone Law. In his spare time, Daniel likes to write and produce music.
Victoria Zeppieri graduated from York University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. She joined the firm in August 2020. Victoria is responsible for the financial aspects of our real estate files, organizing and maintaining client files, preparation of accounts and client billings, and providing additional administrative support to our team. She is trained in PCLaw and continues to further her knowledge and skills by actively seeking opportunities to learn more about the areas of real estate, corporate, and wills and estates law.
Atra Yokhana studied Business Administration at Humber College. She joined the firm as a legal administrative assistant in March 2022. Atra’s responsibilities include clerical work, organizing and compiling client documents, meeting preparation, organizing corporate minute books, and providing ongoing assistance to the team. Atra has a strong interest in real estate and is in the process of receiving her Ontario Real Estate Licence.
Mary Chu, B.A. (Hons.), J.D., is a recent graduate of Western Law at the University of Western Ontario. Having previously worked for our firm as a Summer Law Student in 2022, Mary is returning to Falcone Law as an Articling Student. Mary brings with her experience gained from previous years working at a private law firm. In her free time, Mary enjoys knitting.
