Refinancing
There are many reasons you may need to refinance your property, if any of these situations are applicable, we can help with the legal registration and closing of your mortgage/refinancing:
- Your mortgage is up and it’s time to renew, whether you’re switching to a new lender for a better rate/term or sticking with a familiar face, we can help you with the legal closing of that deal.
- Even if you’re mortgage term is not up, there are sometimes reasons to refinance early, such as better rates (even after paying any penalties), changing between fixed or variable mortgages or changing your term or amortization.
- You may need to access the equity you’ve built up in your home by registering a line of credit.
- You are considering taking out a 2nd mortgage, maybe for a renovation project.
