Associate Lawyer
Daniel Bachmutsky, B.A. (Hons.), J.D., practices corporate, real estate, and estate law. He joined Falcone Law Professional Corporation as an associate lawyer in January 2021. Previously, his passion for corporate law led him to work for a large manufacturing corporation, where he provided legal advice to the board of directors and to the officers on a broad range of issues, including real estate acquisitions. Daniel completed his articles at a Toronto-based law firm specializing in estate and trust litigation, and was called to the bar in 2019. While attending law school at the University of Windsor, Daniel worked diligently to advocate for his clients at Community Legal Aid. He brings the same dedication and resourcefulness to his clients at Falcone Law. In his spare time, Daniel likes to write and produce music.
