Legal Service for the Individual
We provide many services for individuals, from helping you with the purchase, sale or refinancing of your home to assisting you in your estate planning with Wills and Powers of Attorney. We also offer notary services and child travel consent letters.
The majority of our Individual Services are offered on fixed fee, menu-pricing, so that you are comfortable with your legal fees before we are retained. On fixed fee items, we do not ‘start the clock’ with every phone call or email. We want our clients to feel free to contact us without hesitation with an additional question or concern that may have an impact on their file.
